Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts (Dan Gable). Well, the Olympics are over and it appears that many in Britain are suffering from the post-Olympic blues. Time to move on though, back to reality, and remember, to think too long about doing a thing often becomes its undoing (Eva Young).
