Donna has always been headstrong, always acted quickly and decisively. Which is a fine quality when you are right, but a liability when you are wrong. It's great to be the fastest runner, but not when you're running in the wrong direction.
My recommendation for our second book of the year is: The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman. Set in a quaint British retirement village, a group of septuagenarians look into more than one murder as the author deals humorously and thoughtfully with the themes of ageing, grief, and dementia. This is more than just your typical genre mystery. Here is the worksheet.
